Best career advice you've ever received?
Most of the career advice I got was bad. Follow your guts would have been the one and I had to figure it out on my own.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

All leadership qualities matter, and the list can feel endless—Forbes even identified 100. My strength lies in helping leaders develop the one they may be missing, turning potential gaps into opportunities for growth.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

The biggest challenge turned out to be the most significant learning: reinventing myself in different roles.

How do you define success in your career, and how has that definition evolved over time?

Success is assessed by the joy and passion I feel every morning as I go to work.

How has networking contributed to your professional growth and success?

As a solopreneur, networking fills the void left by the team and colleagues I no longer have.

What are your top networking tips for building strong connections in your industry?
Be curious, kind, and give before asking.
