In an increasingly digital world, the need to build an online networking community in the global fashion & beauty industry became pressing during the covid pandemic. In April 2020, 'the co-lab' was born in an effort to bring together all of the talented people with whom I come into contact with every day as an Executive Recruiter.
As leaders, creators, and learners, we believe in the power of collaboration to achieve. With integrity and professionalism, we support members seeking industry connections, career transformation, and growth.
As a member of the co-lab, you can expect to engage with members in our private slack group, discover postings to our job board, explore the opportunity to collaborate with other members through our marketplace, attend panels on subjects like mentorship, sustainability, building a brand, diversity in hiring, and join in-depth workshops covering a range of subjects. Why does the co-lab have a subscription?
The co-lab is a member run, private networking community. In order to bring you the best panels, workshops, resources and events, and responsibly pay our team, we ask for a regular contribution from our members. We couldn’t do this without your support!
What do memberships go toward?
Memberships help us pay our staff, hosting and software fees, and other expenses related to the day-to-day operation of the co-lab. We will continue to give back a portion of our subscription revenue to charities in line with our values.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes. It’s easy to gift a subscription. Monthly and annual memberships are available.
You will be prompted to enter the gift recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date, a personalized message, and your payment information. The gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift. If a physical address is required, the gift recipient will have the opportunity to enter it when they activate the gift.
Keep in mind that you’re purchasing a one-time gift for the selected term (e.g. month or year). The gift recipient will be responsible for adding a payment method before the next renewal period if they’d like to continue with the subscription.
I’d like to join the co-lab, but am unable to afford the membership subscription?

Who manages the membership and payment information?
All membership information is handled by Memberful, with payments processed securely with Stripe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
All sales are final. To cancel, log in to your account and toggle auto-renew off from the Subscriptions tab. That will ensure that you do not get charged for the next billing cycle. https://colab.memberful.com/account
Can I switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan?
Yes. Click Change plan from the Subscriptions tab in your account. You’ll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.
Can I update my e-mail address or any personal information?
Yes. Log into your account to make those changes.
Can I update my credit card?
Yes. Log into your account, add the new card and click Update My Credit Card.
How do I reset my password?
Click this link, enter your email address, and then click send me reset instructions. To ensure the reset process is secure:
Password reset links automatically expire after 48 hours.
Password reset links can only be used once. If you click the link, and reset your password, the link becomes invalid.
If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email and start with a fresh password reset.
