Tell us about your background:
Driven by instinct and shaped by experience, I’m a community-first marketer and strategist with a sharp eye for culture and over 10 years of brand-building expertise. From Red Bull to TikTok, I’ve shaped digital narratives for global brands and cultural icons, pairing storytelling instinct with strategic precision.
I began my career at Red Bull, where I helped shape the brand’s global social presence and went on to launch Red Bull USA’s Instagram and TikTok strategy. There, I worked closely with Red Bull's athletes to grow their audiences and amplify their voices. At TikTok, I led milestone initiatives that spotlighted underrepresented creators and cultures, while managing a diverse roster of top creators.
Today, I bring deep experience across social strategy, production, and community-rooted activations. My creative collaborations span Roc Nation, Sony Latin, Disney Music Group, and CCG Social where I’ve helped shape the digital presence of voices like Christina Aguilera, DeAndre Hopkins, Emmanuel Acho, and more.
Now, as Co-Founder of Sun & Sol Co., a digital marketing agency, I’m building on that foundation, partnering with brands and creators to craft culturally fluent, community-driven strategies that spark connection and drive impact.
My approach is grounded in cultural fluency, human connection, and an unwavering belief in the power of storytelling to move people and brands forward.
What do you wish you’d known when you started out?
I’ve learned that how you show up is just as important as the strategy you bring to the table. The relationships you build, the integrity you lead with, and the kindness you extend often shape the work as much as the ideas themselves. When both are in balance, smart strategy and genuine connection, that’s when the most meaningful opportunities happen.
Best career advice you've ever received?
As a social-first marketer, one piece of advice that’s always stuck with me is this: at the end of the day, it’s just pixels on a screen. Social media gives us the power to connect communities, share ideas, and inspire people around the world but it’s also important to step back and remember not to take it too seriously. That perspective keeps the work creative, grounded, and fun.
What leadership qualities are important to you?
The leadership qualities that matter most to me are integrity, empathy, and clarity. I believe great leaders set the tone by showing up with honesty and consistency, creating space for people to feel seen and valued. To me, leadership isn’t about having all the answers but rather fostering trust, empowering others, and moving forward together with purpose.
What are your top networking tips for building strong connections in your industry?
Tap into your network: schedule coffee chats, share opportunities you think of them for, or give kudos on projects they’re working on. Being a champion of others’ work goes a long way. Community groups, like The Co-Lab, have also been amazing for connecting with like-minded people, exchanging ideas, and building meaningful relationships.
