Tell us about your background:

I’m a New-York–based product strategist who loves turning loosely defined ideas into engaging, high-impact experiences. Over the years I’ve worked across healthtech, digital media, and wellness, guiding products from first sketch to market launch while keeping users—and measurable value—at the center.

My career began in science journalism, where translating complex research for mainstream audiences taught me the craft of crisp storytelling and data-driven insight. That foundation proved invaluable when I moved into digital product development at lifestyle media companies like Condé Nast, Hearst, and The Knot.

Drawn to mission-oriented work, I shifted into healthcare. At Progyny, I led a digital content portfolio focused on fertility and reproductive health. Most recently, as VP of Product at Arcade Therapeutics, I helped to evolve a cognitive-bias–based anxiety intervention into a more engaging mobile game. The role deepened my expertise in regulated environments and reinforced my commitment to designing products that motivate behavioral change without sacrificing clinical rigor.

Alongside these roles, I noticed a recurring challenge: great ideas often stall because the time from idea to proof of concept is often long and expensive, and teams drown in manual processes. To tackle this head-on, I upskilled in low- and no-code automation. Today I prototype GPT-powered “agentified” workflows that help small teams and solopreneurs punch above their weight. My goal is to democratize AI so founders, nonprofits, and lean enterprises can unlock enterprise-level efficiency without enterprise-level budgets.

Across every chapter, my operating principle remains the same: start with genuine user needs, launch fast, learn in public, and refine relentlessly. I thrive in communities that share wins and hard-earned lessons, because collective insight accelerates everyone’s progress.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new wines, geeking out about the history of my neighborhood in Brooklyn, or mentoring local startups. I’m excited to connect with fellow builders, problem solvers, and lifelong learners. If you’re curious about product-led growth, regulated-industry innovation, or practical ways to weave AI into everyday operations, let’s chat and see how we can turn bold ideas into real-world impact together.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

The only constant is change, and you cannot control that, so position yourself to ride the waves.
