Tell us about your background:

I'm a lifestyle partnerships and commerce marketing leader with 7+ years of experience building and scaling brand and creator programs across beauty, fashion, and home. I started my career in social media and editorial content, which gave me a strong foundation in audience behavior, platform trends, and what makes content actually convert. Over time, I moved into affiliate strategy and performance marketing, where I learned to back creative instincts with performance data.

At LovetoKnow Media, I managed affiliate-driven commerce programs under the publication's shopping vertical called "The Catalog". I worked directly with brand partners on paid campaign strategy, go-to-market Amazon planning, and performance optimization. One of my proudest projects was leading the launch of a new community-driven platform on Shopify where users could sample and review top-performing items. It was a chance to build something from the ground up and cultivate a community of Amazon product reviewers who shared honest and realistic reviews of items they loved.

Before that, at Brainjolt Media, I led a team of editors and contractors executing high-volume content and paid media campaigns under their shopping vertical called "22 Things You Need to Own". That role sharpened my ability to manage people, set strategic direction, and stay accountable to ambitious performance goals in a fast-moving environment.

What excites me most right now is the intersection of creator culture and commerce — how the right partnerships can build genuine community while driving measurable business results.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?
I wish I knew how quickly and fast-changing the job industry is. I'm working in a sector that I wasn't even aware of when I was studying Marketing in college. Things change so fast!

Best career advice you've ever received?

There are no silly questions. You can't learn if you don't ask.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Trust, open-mindedness, kindness, and that they want to see you succeed as much as they do for themselves.

How has networking contributed to your professional growth and success?

It has allowed me to learn so much! Not only about the people I am connected with, but it has given me access to new ways of doing things - working, organizing, strategizing, and managing my day-to-day. My network has taught me about new tools, book, etc.
