Her career began in technology roles at JPMorgan Chase and URBN before she pivoted into marketing, bringing a systems-oriented, operator mindset to the work she leads today. She has since led marketing, retention, and CRM strategy for companies including Nordstrom, Nuuly, and the URBN family of brands. Rachel is known for combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to help organizations translate ambitious ideas into practical, scalable programs.
Fana Yohannes is an AI strategist and communications futurist with over a decade of experience helping companies like Apple and Meta connect with next-gen audiences at scale. She’s led social media launch strategies that turned products like Instagram Reels, iPhone, Apple Watch, and AirPods into cultural conversations. Now, through her consultancy Flora by Fana, she helps brands, founders, and creators navigate AI-saturated algorithms and create content that cuts through the noise.
