Erica Guider spent the beginning of her career in retail, growing up working at her family’s clothing store before ultimately moving to NYC and working for brands like Tory Burch, 7 For All Mankind, and Sandro. After almost two decades on the brand side, she transitioned to the retail tech space. Now at Progress Retail, she helps brands implement software that simplifies operations for frontline teams and makes the HQ to store connection feel seamless.

Taylor Purcell is the Director of Retail at M.M.LaFleur, where she builds high-performing teams and helps scale the retail channel with clarity, consistency, and purpose. With expertise in people leadership, sales strategy, and clienteling, she is known for turning successful in-store practices into repeatable, high-impact strategies across locations. She also understands the importance of choosing the right tools—seeking out solutions that act as true partners to the business and help teams work more productively every day.
