Tell us about your background:

I'm a start-up and small business executive/c-suite with 7 years of high-growth experience. I specialize in Client Success, Sales, and Operations, although I've worn many other hats over the years. I've built an extensive network of CEOs and high-level executives due to being the Client Success and Sales Director at an executive assistant company that supported mostly CEOs and founders, as well as the CS and Sales Director for a CEO membership community.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

I wish I'd known to set better boundaries in the beginning. I am a recovering workaholic. I wish someone would have taught me to have a better work-life balance from the very beginning. Disconnecting makes you a better employee/leader.

Best career advice you've ever received?

Leadership is less about you as a leader and more about your team and how you can help support and grow them.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

1. High EQ
2. Humility
3. Human-Centric
4. Supportive
5. Trustworthy

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Finding the right long-term fit. I'm a dynamic professional with a broad range of experience. The biggest challenge has been finding the right long-term fit company where I can dig in and help scale out for the next 10+ years.

And for fun, what is your favorite wardrobe staple?

My favorite wardrobe staple is any one of my 30 scarves. I love summer, but I look forward to fall when I can break my scarves back out!
