I am a Vice President of Merchandising with experience in international merchandising, customer focused buying strategies and cross-functional collaboration. I’m a result-oriented professional with multi-category success achieved through in-depth data analysis to identify merchandise opportunities, implement region-specific assortments, and product flows. I’m a dedicated and efficient team leader skilled in maintaining brand identity while collaborating with high-level partners and developing talent.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

Sales results, product curation, taste level and growing business.

Lead with product.

What leadership qualities are important to you?

Honesty, and trust.

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Rebounding after a bad career move.

How do you define success in your career, and how has that definition evolved over time?

I consider success in my career when I've been able to lead successful product strategies regardless of my title.

Network is everything in professional growth. It is invaluable to have a respected voice speak in your favor or speak to your strengths.
