Tell us about your background:
I’m a Senior Industry Advisor at Microsoft, where I help retailers unlock growth through AI, data, and cloud technologies. My focus is on enabling smarter merchandising, predictive demand forecasting, and localized assortment strategies that drive agility and margin expansion.
Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with iconic brands including Louis Vuitton, Bloomingdale's, Staples, Nike, Nordstrom, and Ralph Lauren—supporting initiatives that blend innovation with operational excellence across luxury, big-box, and lifestyle retail.

Starting my own apparel company while also having my two children.

Forward motion in the early days, but now it is more about how my career path fits into my desired lifestyle.

Go for depth, not necessarily breadth. Be prescriptive about your desired outcome from each interaction.
