Tell us about your background:
I grew up in a house full of brothers, which shaped me early on to hold my own, speak clearly, and bring a sense of individuality to any space I’m in. Being the only girl taught me resilience and self-direction—qualities that show up in both how I design and how I navigate the world. My creativity has always been my outlet, my way of expressing what words sometimes can’t.
At the same time, I have a Persian cat who’s become this unexpected anchor in my life, Queenie. She reminds me to slow down, to observe the small things, and to come back to myself when I get overwhelmed by everything that’s moving around me. That sense of quiet reflection influences my design work too—I’m always chasing balance between strength and softness, between functionality and feeling.
