Tell us about your background:

I'm a Creative Operations and Integrated Marketing Executive in the retail and fashion space and currently Head of Integrated Marketing at Bandier. I kicked off my career in advertising account management and later transitioned working at iconic brands like Lululemon, Michael Kors, and The Webster.

At Bandier, I oversee a range of tasks from production and creative services to third-party co-op marketing, retail marketing, and visual merchandising.

I see myself as the team connector, directing strategies and fostering collaboration for seamless execution. My passion lies in optimizing workflows and empowering multidisciplinary teams. Strategic thinking, cross-functional mobilization, and building strong professional relationships are my forte.

What do you wish you’d known when you started out?

Don't compare yourself to others — everyone's career path and journey is different.

Best career advice you've ever received?

1. Every experience is a learning opportunity.

2. Present solutions, not problems.

3. Don't be afraid to ask — the worst that could happen is they say no.

Humility, decisiveness, empathy

What has been the biggest challenge in your career so far?

Navigating the post Covid fashion world and the uncertainties that come with it!
