Café co-lab: Turning Holiday Shoppers into Q5 Loyalists

The adrenaline of holiday shopping fades fast, and so does customer attention unless brands have a plan. This panel gathers marketing leaders across e-commerce, lifecyle, and consumer insights to discuss how to convert holiday-driven traffic into long-term relationships. We'll explore the importance of segmentation, retention triggers, customer experience, and how brands can leverage this busy period to set up a stronger year ahead.

For nearly a decade, Kathleen Cunningam has led major E-commerce migrations, replatforms and builds for startups and retail brands such as Coterie, Hairstory, and Andie Swim. Often the first Product hire to oversee all technology resources and partners, Kathleen cultivates strong teams to reliably deliver on relaunched sites and optimize features.

Kathleen is also a co-founder of Queer Soup Night, a community and fundraiser series that supports local social justice organizations.

Libby Gluck is a brand strategist and fractional marketing leader with 15 years of experience helping fashion and lifestyle brands evolve their story, grow their audience, and build the marketing infrastructure to sustain it.

Rachel Ortsman is a customer insights strategist and the founder of boutique research firm Method + Mode. Rachel has been in research & strategy for nearly 25 years; what started as a temporary pivot — a way to "stay busy" after a decade at Condé Nast, but before becoming a mom — has grown into a sustainable consulting business, providing major brands with a nimble way to run rigorous customer research supporting product innovation, audience development, and brand strategy.

Audrey Overcast is a full stack marketer with 10+ years experience leading lifecycle and retention marketing across beauty, fashion, and CPG categories. She currently leads lifecycle marketing and digital experience at Porter Road, an online butcher and meat delivery service. Audrey’s work sits where strategy meets execution: diagnosing churn, tightening subscription mechanics, restructuring loyalty economics, and translating customer behavior into durable growth.

Before Porter Road, Audery led retention and lifecycle strategies at Nickel & Suede, Doe Beauty, and Golden & Pine. A trained artist and graphic designer, Audrey brings a balanced creative and analytical perspective to help companies build effective retention engines that drive growth.

Rachel Smith is the Co-Founder of Monark & Co., a consulting collective that partners with brands and growing businesses on marketing, ecommerce, and growth initiatives. Her career began in technology roles at JPMorgan Chase and URBN before she pivoted into marketing, bringing a systems-oriented, operator mindset to the work she leads today. She has since led marketing, retention, and CRM strategy for companies including Nordstrom, Nuuly, and the URBN family of brands. Rachel is known for combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to help organizations translate ambitious ideas into practical, scalable programs.
