Tina Niewiadomski is a multidisciplinary creative director and consultant with a track record of creating high-impact content for broadcast, digital, and global brands. Tina’s experience spans international production and post-production supervision for fashion and major sports clients including Gucci, Lacoste, Fendi, Coach, the Dallas Wings, and more. She specialize in crafting cinematic visuals and have delivered over 100 short- and long-form projects across broadcast, streaming, and social platforms.

With a deep understanding of digital video strategy and audience behavior, Tina consults on creating content that drives engagement, retention, and brand visibility, reaching audiences in the millions. In addition to creative direction and production, she works closely with brands and individuals on personal branding, brand positioning improvements, and content strategy—helping shape authentic visual identities and cohesive storytelling that strengthen audience connection and long-term growth.

Natalia Modenova is the co-founder and COO of DRESSX, a company transforming fashion and gaming through digital innovation, AI, 3D, and emerging technologies. 

She has been recognized by Newsweek as one of the 50 Disruptors of the USA, featured in The Vogue Business 100 Innovators, and listed by Fast Company among the Top 10 Most Innovative Companies in the Metaverse. She has also been included in Glossy’s Top 50 People Who Shaped Fashion in 2021, NFT.NOW’s Top 100, Highsnobiety's expert round-up on Web3 Fashion, and Threedium’s Top 50 Voices in AR, VR, and 3D.

Her work has been covered by CNN, Forbes, Financial Times, Vogue Business, WWD, Business of Fashion, and Dazed. She’s spoken at global conferences such as The Economist, WSJ, SXSW, ADWeek, SALT, and Vogue.

With over a decade in the fashion industry, Natalia co-founded the More Dash showroom in Paris and the Fashion Tech Summit. She has served as curator at Kyiv Fashion Institute and Creative Ukraine, and was an expert at Google’s Women Digital Academy.

Daria Shapovalova is the Co-Founder and CEO of DRESSX, the leading platform for digital fashion. She has been recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, the BoF 500, Newsweek’s 50 Disruptors of the USA, and The Vogue Business 100 Innovators for her work at the intersection of fashion and technology.

Daria’s work with DRESSX has been featured by CNN, Forbes, Financial Times, Vogue Business, WWD, Business of Fashion, and Dazed, and she’s spoken at global stages including The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, SXSW, ADWeek, and Vogue.

Before building DRESSX, Daria spent a decade shaping the fashion ecosystem in Ukraine and beyond. She served as Creative Director of Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days (2010–2017), co-founded More Dash - a Paris showroom connecting Eastern European designers with international markets - and launched the Kyiv Fashion Institute. In 2016, she created Ukraine’s first fashion tech forum.

Earlier, Daria authored and hosted the fashion TV show “Fashion Week with Daria Shapovalova,” one of Ukraine’s most-watched programs in the industry.

Daria is always open to connecting with founders, creators, and forward-thinking partners who share a passion for fashion, technology, and innovation. 

She previously held the role of COO at Mercedes-Benz Kyiv Fashion Days, driving global recognition for emerging fashion talent.
