The Marketing Lunch Hour is open to all Co-Lab members, and marketers of all levels. We encourage everyone to bring questions, and share their insights and learnings from past and current roles.

Destinee Berman, Founder of Future Digital

Destinee Berman is a growth marketer with 20 years of industry experience working with brands such as Twitter, Sephora and Microsoft. Prior to Future, she oversaw enterprise accounts at Oracle Marketing Cloud (Eloqua) and runs an online education business.

Loree Lash-Valencia, Chief Revenue Officer

With a career spanning over 20 years in global sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and growth and revenue strategy, Loree stands out as a seasoned executive in the business world. Her comprehensive background in business development, revenue generation, account management, and marketing has provided her with the tools to keenly assess market trends and carve out impactful strategic alliances.

Loree's achievements are evident in her proven track record, having successfully delivered over $100 million in new revenue. Her versatility is commendable, as she has played pivotal roles in diverse business environments, from nascent startups to revered established brands across multiple sectors.

Loree consistently aims for the extraordinary, refining go-to-market strategies, enhancing sales protocols, and building strategic partnerships with a single-minded goal: to drive exceptional expansion and success for every venture she touches.

Katie McKee, Principal, Morphology Consulting

After a 16 year career building out digital commerce capability for companies in pillars such as CPG, Luxury, Beauty and Apparel, Katharine McKee founded Morphology Consulting, a digital commerce consultancy that creates long term profitable growth for their clients by helping them understand and adhere to algorithmic systems online. A Forbes Next 1000 honoree and 16 year veteran in digital commerce, Katharine is a leader in ecommerce and an expert on systems, who focuses on building clean processes and organizations. To date, Katharine has overhauled the digital go-to-market for more than 50 brands, including Fortune 500's such as Coty, Luxottica and IPG Media Brands and has sustainably increased client’s revenue up to 600% YoY.

Pamela Norwood, CMO, Norwood Creative

Pamela Norwood is a highly creative, results-driven, global marketing and innovation executive with strengths in experiential marketing, strategic partnerships and cross-channel content creation.

She has extensive US/international experience in media, travel, epicurean, entertainment, fashion, luxury and technology.

Her career includes twenty years in media with Condé Nast, American Express Publishing, Wenner Media and New York Media. Throughout her tenure she led the marketing and go-to-market strategies for brands including GQ, Food & Wine, Travel + Leisure, New York Magazine, The Condé Nast Bridal Group and Rolling Stone.

Some of her career highlights include the creation of The Gentlemen’s Fund at GQ, which, since its inception, has driven millions of dollars for GQ and for charities around the world; She created The Global Bazaar, an international travel event which drew 15,000 consumers, facilitated brand partnerships with over 60 hotels, destinations and luxury brands and through funds raised, helped to build a library in Cambodia; and she oversaw The Food & Wine Magazine Aspen Classic – the Granddaddy of all epicurean events in the US.

Pamela currently runs a boutique consultancy where she advises startups, media brands, epicurean marketers and experiential agencies, lending her creative acumen for strategic partnership development, brand positioning and communications, and providing ideation and execution for large-scale, experiential events. Her expertise in creating emotional connections between brands and consumers is a proven revenue driver.

Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts from Marietta College and studied at The Sorbonne University in Paris. She lives in New York City and Stonington, CT, where she is painstakingly renovating a 120 year- old beach cottage and tearing it up on the high seas on a 19-foot power boat.

Café Co-Lab's are small networking groups focused on specific topics. They are an opportunity for co-lab members to connect, share resources, and engage with other members.
