Erica Guider is a Sales Executive at 42 Technologies, but her roots are deep in retail. Spending her childhood weekends in her family’s boutique, Erica learned the fundamentals of retail firsthand—tagging merchandise, managing displays, and mastering the balance of creativity and commerciality. These early experiences laid the groundwork for her career, spanning fashion, retail, and technology.
After graduating from Parsons, she brought her creative eye and business savvy to brands like Tory Burch, 7 For All Mankind, Sandro, and Maje. For over a decade, she traveled the world, designing spaces that blended aesthetic impact with commercial results.
When the pandemic shook the retail world, Erica took a leap—pivoting into tech and joining 42 Technologies as their first Customer Success Manager. Four years later, she's worked with standout brands like Dôen, Stüssy, and Faherty, helping them transform how they use data to make faster, smarter decisions.
Erica knows firsthand what it means to shift gears—and she's passionate about helping others do the same.
Samantha Ozuna is a commercial leader and retail SaaS sales expert with over 15 years of experience driving revenue growth for retail brands in the contemporary and luxury markets. At 42 Technologies, a SaaS company, Samantha leads sales, business development, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and partnerships—empowering brands with data-driven insights to optimize inventory, enhance decision-making, and drive profitability. With deep retail industry expertise and a strong understanding of customer needs from both business and technology perspectives, Samantha brings a unique lens to her work. She is passionate about the intersection of technology, commerce, and retail, and leverages advanced analytics to future-proof businesses and unlock growth.
Previously, Samantha served as Multichannel Business President and Digital Commercial Lead at The Kooples and Burberry, where she successfully scaled businesses, transformed e-commerce, POS, and wholesale operations, and drove omnichannel growth. She spearheaded digital expansions, improved operational efficiencies, and implemented data-driven strategies, achieving up to 2.5X growth in the digital channel. Her experience includes a deep understanding of cutting-edge technologies and brand and digital marketing strategies that activate sales—driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
